What is Microsoft Bookings

Microsoft Bookings is an automated scheduling and appointment management software. Users can create customizable booking pages that integrate directly with Outlook calendars across web and mobile apps.

What is the purpose of Microsoft Bookings

The purpose of Microsoft Bookings is to streamline time reservations and eliminate back-and-forth scheduling communications. Booking pages feature real-time calendar availability sync, automated email and SMS confirmations, customizable service buffers, and integrated video meeting links.

How to use Microsoft Bookings

The tool can be used for publishing available office hours, coordinating 1-on-1 consultation sessions, and letting team members self-schedule project check-ins.

  • Application collects information that could identify the user specifically (email address, class schedule, etc..)

EULA

  • Application's Terms of Conditions or End User License Agreement poses a risk of binding the institution to an agreement thereby requiring legal counsel to review the application. However, this is mitigated as it has undergone legal review during the Technology Risk Assessment process.
